       Our Chaitanya College of Education, Chodavaram, Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh is established on 18-07-2002 under the management of Chaitanya Educational Institution, Regd.No.489/93, Pedagogada, Cheedikada Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh and recognized by the N.C.T.E., Bangalore, vide Lr.No.F.AP/NEW/B.Ed./108/SRO/NCTE/2002-2003/6102 dated 03-03-2003 for the year 2002-2003 and got renewal of recognition till to date. Conditional affiliation is also granted by the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam vide C.R.No.CII(2)/NEW-B.Ed. afflns., 2002-2003 dated 15-04-2003 and got renewal of affiliation till to date.

The management is having about 10 acres of land for construction the building for Chaitanya College of Education. Building is also constructed as per NCTE norms which is suitable for Professional Courses like B.Ed. course, D.Ed. course and to run the Model School. The constructed building total built-up area 11,724 sft. that is 1089.15 squ. Mts.

Our college in take is 100, for which the candidates are selected 85% through counseling and 15% under management quota as per the orders of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad.
