the emblem shows a crescent circular drawing as outer ring signifying the
Inquisitive Spirit of Man.
The thick band area
containing the motto inscribed "SA VIDYA YA VIMUKTAYE" indicates
the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom saying that education liberates
the human soul from the steeped ignorance with the suggestion of spiritual
journey of the self from darkness to light.
The inner ring next
below the caption represents the triumph of the Human spirit over
Nescience, signifying the journey towards the dawn of light and
understanding.
