          The institution offers training to the graduates of Arts and Sciences for the Secondary School Level. The Training program has two major components i.e., theoretical orientation includes core subjects such as

• School Management & Systems of Education

• Personality Development & Communicative English

• Methods of Teaching - I

• Methods of Teaching - II

           The second component practice teaching includes Micro-Teaching, Macro-Teaching and Internship in the local high schools. The practical work covers a wide variety of records and projects.
