Profile:

         The Department of Japanese Language came into existence  in the year 1988 with Mrs. Yedla Naoko Simhadri as its founder. Later Sri G .Krishnan joined the department as a faculty member. After his demise, Smt. Anitha Mishra has joined as the faculty member.

        The Diploma in Japanese Offered by the Department has a good number of students  every year and the intake of students is 30.
