The center for Women's studies is situated in the building of Darshan Bhavan, besides Department of Journalism and Mass Communication , Andhra University. The center for Women's studies has required infrastructure.
1.Databank:
The center has prepared a Data Bank on Women employees both teaching and non-teaching staff and preparing a data bank on Women research scholars and students in the University.

3.Library:
The center has a library exclusively catering to Women's issues and presently the center's library consists of around
450 reference books

The international journals are placed in the University library so that they can be extensively used. A List of the new arrivals of books, reports and journals is regularly circulated to the departments for information
4. News Letter:
The center is bringing out a newsletter twice a year since 1992. The newsletter gives information about the center and also carries research information on Women's issues out in the University.
5.Equipment:
The center for Women's Studies has acquired public addressing system, Computer, with SPSS package.
6.Crèche:
The center has been organizing a crche for the children of University employees since August 1977. Under the Instruction of UGC.
