Coordinates the fixation of time-tables, conduct of spot-valuation, sanctioning of advances to the concerned Heads of the Department, appointing the Observers to the Examination Centers, etc. The time-tables are finally approved by the Dean. Supervises the confidential work and processing the results of P.G. & Professional Courses. |

2. Prof. L.D. Sudhakara Babu
Dean, UG Examinations
Supervises the conduct of Under-graduate examinations, i.e. B.A, B.Sc., B.Com, B.E.M., B.A(O.L), etc. The Dean will appoint the Observers to the Examinations Centers, whenever necessary. Also coordinates the conduct of Spot Valuation. |

3. Dr. K. Samrajyalakshmi
Special Registrar, Controller of Examinations
CE is responsible for all the University Examinations. He/She will sign on the original Degrees of all Under-graduate and professional Courses. All the Official correspondence is to be maintained by the CE on the part of the Examinations. He/She maintains the decorum of the University. He/She coordinates the work in all the Examination sections. |
