To ensure that the students communicate only in English, an English committee is being constituted. The roles and responsibilites of the English committee are as follows:

• Ensure every one speaks in English inside the labs.
• Correcting the grammar and spelling mistakes of the students from time to time.
• Conducting Group Discussions, JAM's and Saturday's Presentations.

To provide entertainment for the students in the form of movies, games and other events during weekends and public holidays apart from their regular curriculam, an Entertainment Committee has been constituted. The roles and responsibilites of the entertainment committee are as follows:

• Conducting every day Movie/TV Session and Prayer Session.
• Playing saturday english movie and Sunday special movie.
• Selection and playing of movies to be played during the week.
• Maintaing separate servers for songs, movies and games.
• Ensuring that students dont play movies or games during week days.
• Arranging the projector and system during the classroom sessions.

To ensure that the students get hygenic and quality food and for proper functioning of the centre's mess, a food committee is being contituted. The roles and responsibilites of the food committee are as follows:

• Take decisions on the menu to be followed.
• Ensuring cleanliness of the mess and kitchen premises.
• Make sure that the students dont waste food.
• To ensure proper quality and quantity of food being served.

Library Committee is constituted for the over all maintenance of the Gurukulam's Library and other resources. The roles and responsibilites of the library committee are as follows:

• Maintaining the log of all the books, magazines, newspapers and other resources.
• Issue and renewal of Books, magazines to the students.
• Identify the books and magazines to be purchased every month from the library fund.
• Archiving the out dated books and storing them separately.

Maintenance committee is being constituted for the overall maintenance of all the computers, hardware, A/C's and other infrastructure. The roles and responsibilites of the maintenance committee are as follows:

• Maintenance of Computers and other hardware.
• Maintaining the log of all computers and hardware.
• Repair and Installation of software and hardware of the systems.
• Lodging complaints reg. maintenance of A/C's, UPS etc

The Sanitation committee constituted is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the gurukulam premises. The roles and responsibilites of the sanitation committee are as follows:

• Monitor whether the lab and dormitories are cleaned from time to time.
• To ensure that supply of water is sufficient for all the students.
• Identify the items to be purchased for cleaning such as acid bottles, brushes, etc.
• Monitor whether the sweeper is cleaning the places from time to time.

The role of Sports committee is to take care of the sports articles and ensure that every one participates in the physical training and sports. The roles and responsibilites of the sports committee are as follows:

• Taking care of sports articles.
• Ensure that every one reaches and leaves the ground in time.
• Waking up the students in the morning.
• Checking the dress code during the sports and also during the working hours.
