 * Regarding the date of the festival the State Government announcement may be      followed, If there is any change.

Note: 

  1. A The lecturer will be relieved for spot or related to any University work up to a maximum of 15 days in an academic year.

 
  1. The Academic Calendar should be followed strictly by all the Colleges and the same should be reported to CDC and Academic Cell.

 
  1. The attendance particulars of the students should be submitted every month and consolidated statement of I term attendance should be submitted to the Controller of Examinations and to Academic Cell on or before 26-10-2007 and Information of ineligible candidates and I and II term consolidated attendance particulars should be submitted on or before 25-02-2008 without fail to the Controller of Examinations and Academic Cell.

 
  1. 75% of minimum attendance required to sit for the examination. This should be strictly observed.

 
  1. A Condo nation fee of Rs.500/- will be collected for shortage of attendance between 66% and 75% (On Medical Grounds)
