 * Summer vacation from 01-05-2009 to 18-06-2009. Except the days mentioned above, all other days are working days.

Note: 

  1. A The lecturer will be relieved from spot or related to any University work up to a maximum of 15 days in an academic year.

 
  1. The Academic Calendar should be followed strictly by all the Colleges and the same should be reported to CDC and Academic Cell.

 
  1. a) The attendance particulars of the students should be submitted every month to Academic Cell (Legal Section) and consolidated statement including ineligible candidates should be submitted to the Controller of Examinations and to Academic Cell in respect of I & III semester on or before 26-10-2008
    b) The attendance particulars of the students should be submitted every month to Academic Cell (Legal Section) and consolidated statement including ineligible candidates should be submitted to the Controller of Examinations and to Academic Cell in respect of II & IV semester on or before 07-03-2009

 
  1. 75% of minimum attendance required to sit for the examination. This should be strictly observed by the Departments and Colleges.

 
  1. A Condonation fee of Rs.500/- has to be paid by the candidates for shortage of attendance between 66% and 75% along with medical Certificate (On Medical Grounds).

  2. In respect of PG. Examinations II & IV Semester examination timetable be arranged on alternative dates, while preparing examination timetable. This should be followed scrupulously without deviation.
