    exceeds Rs. 75/- to Booksellers and all Libraries.
3. 10% discount on orders made by any staff member or student of any educational
    institution for any number of copies.
4.  Packing charges :
    (i) Packing will be charged at the rate of 2% if the total value of the purchase is of Rs.
     500/- or below.
     (ii) For orders exceeding a total value of Rs. 500/- packing charges are free.
5.  The name of Railway Station and Post Office should be clearly written in each order.
     Please mention whether the books should be sent by Registered Post Parcel/Registered
     Book-post or by Train/Lorry Service.
 6. On intimation, the total amount payable by the party should be paid in advance by
     Demand Draft or Money Order in favour of 'The Director, Andhra University Press and 
     Publications, Visakhapatnam." If the party desires, documents will be sent through Bank
     for  Collection, in which case, the Bank address should be clearly given.
 7. While placing an order, the name of each book, author's name, its price and the required
     quantity should invariably be mentioned.
 8. Postage or freight charges are extra for despatch of books.
 9. Goods supplied in accordance with the order, under no circumstances, will be taken
     back.
10. If the delivery of the books supplied according to the order is not honoured, the Firm or
     person placing the order will be held responsible for all the expenses in this connection.  11. In case there is any error or omission in discount in the invoice, delivery of the goods
      may please be taken and the error will be rectified by correspondence.
