Building Space   :  8.193 SFT   Laboratory area : 971 SFT   Laboratories       : The Department of Geography has well equipped laboratories of Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Image Processing, Aerial Photo Interpretation, Cartography and Map analysis, Field surveying etc. The Department has been  upgrading infrastructure from time to time and the labs have several computers GPS and a good number of aerial photographs,  landsat Imagery and IRS products.  The department has a well established Cartography lab with good number of physical  and thematic maps . The department’s library has more than 800, books and journals and  also receives about eight standard Geographical journals.
