The Objectives & Functions prescribed by UGC from time to time are followed and implemented.  USIC is rendering services to the University departments and affiliated colleges.

Repair & Services: USIC undertaken repair & Services, calibration & testing of instruments of the University Departments, college & outside organization of various nature like analytical, electronics, electrical etc.

Analytical Services: USIC is offering analytical services on in house, major instruments, located in USIC to all the departments, Affiliated Colleges of the University and out side organizations.

Fabrication: USIC is fabricating accessories and gadgets for analytical instruments, modified the design of some obsolete instruments designed some special power supplies, electronics circuits & transducers etc.

Training Programmes: UISC is offering hands on training programmes, Demonstrations on in house major instruments to the students, scholars of the university & teachers of the affiliated teachers
