Prof. Koona Ramji, working as Professor in the Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, AU College of Engineering (A), Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. He received following three awards in three months of the academic year 2007-08.  

1. Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Award for Best Academician of the year 2007 of Andhra University – Awarded this certificate of merit in recognition of his commendable record of research and teaching. Received this award on 05-09-2007, teachers day from AU. 

2. Got Award of “The Railway Board's Prize: for publication of paper on ‘Dynamic behaviour of railway coach and bogie frame using Finite Element Analysis’. Received this award at 22^nd Indian Engineering Congress, held at Udiapur during 14^th – 16^th December, 2007.

3. Selected for “BEST RESEARCHER AWARD” of the year 2006 of Andhra University.  Awarded this certificate of merit in recognition of his commendable record of research and development work. He received this award at 75^th Platinum jubilee convocation of AU  held on 16-01-2008.
