I am by direction to inform you that the SPECIAL DRIVE EXAMINATION for the failed candidates of  (Year-end / Unit and Semester) admitted batches from 1996-1997 to 2003-2004 for the Courses B.L., LLB., (OR & NR – 3/5 Years) and M.A., M.Com., M.B.A., MHRM., M.Sc., M.C.A., M.Sc(CS)., M.Sc(IS)., M.Ed., B.E., B.Tech for which the transitory provision was already over to appear for the leftover papers and also for betterment will be conducted from 28^th July, 2008. The candidates are permitted to appear for paper wise improvement also depending on their year of passing the examination.

          The candidates registered/appeared under PRIVATE APPEARANCE and who passed or failed are eligible under Special Drive.

The following is the schedule for conducting the SPECIAL DRIVE EXAMINATION

          Last date for payment of examination fee and

          Receipt of filled in applications                                                  26-06-2008

         (Rs.3000/- per paper and 8,000/- for whole Examination)

          Betterment Examination fee (Rs.500/-)

          In addition to the Examination fee

         Last date with a penal fee of Rs.2000/-                                       21-07-2008

         (Subject to the availability of question paper)

        The SPECIAL DRIVE EXAMINATION will be conducted at A.U. Campus Colleges only. 

The Principles of University Colleges of Arts & Commerce, Law, Science & Technology and Engineering are requested to co-operate for smooth conduct of the Special Drive Examination. The Hall-Tickets of the candidates will be sent to the Chief Superintendents of University Colleges, five days before the commencement of Examinations and contingent advance will be paid to the Chief Superintendents for conducting the examination basing on the number of candidates.

            The Heads of the Departments are requested to prepare the Time-Tables for onward transmission to this office for approval.

            All the examination applications duly attested should reach this office through the Principal of the college where the candidate has last studied or attended.

            I am further request you to kindly arrange for intimating the same to the students and teaching staff concerned.
